There are so many things that can secretly hold you back on your journey, whether you’re aware of it or not. Beliefs, thoughts, and past drama. Relationships and people that do nothing but add stress and misery to your life. Old habits that you stick to because they’re familiar and comforting — even though you know that they don’t really serve you anymore.

You know what? You actually deserve to let go of the shit that doesn’t serve you anymore. You are actually worthy of feeling free, getting unstuck, and loving every single aspect of your life.
Summer is the shiny happy time when we’re naturally a little bit more at ease. Things look brighter. We’re swimming in light, getting lots of vitamin D, feeling open to new adventures.
I believe that summers remind us of an easier time, when our only responsibility was to have a break from school, play, and have fun. That’s why it’s the perfect time to… actually play and have fun!
Sometimes other stuff get in the way of actually feeling that ease and flow and sense of freedom. You might be feeling stuck. A little bit lost. We all have moments of uncertainty and fear.
So why not take the time to figure all of it out? Why not embrace the summer time to actually make shit happen, do the inner work, and find ways to feel genuinely happier in your life?

Decluttering your life will free up the space in your life — and in your mind — to feel ready, take action, and start making shit happen. On your terms. In a way that lights you up and gives you that feeling of ‘fuck yes this is what I’m meant to be doing’.
So let’s make space. Let’s get rid of all the doubts, limiting beliefs and negativity. Let’s forgive. You are brave enough to let go of everything that’s standing in your way.
